TICKET GENERAL, REFUND AND OPEN TERMS
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Refunds are only available until 24:00 on the day of ticket purchase. This rule does not apply after the scheduled departure time of the ticketed flight. Reservation changes cannot be made after the scheduled departure time, and the ticket cannot be suspended. Refunds are made to the passenger only by the agency that issued the ticket. Tickets can be canceled up to 12 hours before the ship's scheduled departure time. Open tickets are valid for 1 year from the flight date of the purchased ticket. Free baby ticket is applied to 0-6 age group, and child discount is applied to 7-12 age group. The ticket fee is only for carriage between the port of departure and the port of destination. Tickets can only be used for the route indicated on it. Itineraries on the tickets cannot be changed. It does not cover any other services offered unless additional fees are charged by the seller.

PASSENGER CARRYING CONDITIONS
Please do not forget to print out your online ticket to facilitate your check-in process at the ports. Greece does not require a visa from Green and Gray Passport holders. Ordinary passport holders must have a valid Schengen Visa for the duration of the trip. Turkish Citizens who have TRNC entry stamp in their passports cannot travel to Greece with these passports. The passenger is prevented from entering Greece on his passport, visa, residence permit or other travel documents; He/she undertakes and accepts that there is no validity period, scope, date, number of entries, duration of stay or any similar element, that he will personally pay the fine to be imposed by Greece in case of any occurrence, and that he/she has been informed about this issue. The ticket fee will not be refunded to the passenger who is not allowed to board the ship by the competent authorities or who cannot travel due to visa procedures. Ship and Passengers are insured. Passengers cannot carry explosives and prohibited items with them. The flight may be canceled without prior notice due to weather conditions and technical reasons. In this case, a refund will be made. The company is not responsible for accommodation expenses that may arise from these and similar delays and cancellations beyond the control of the company. The passenger agrees to abide by the onboard regulations and the captain's instructions. The passenger must be ready at the port at least 1 hour before the departure time of the ship. Women whose pregnancy period is over six months are not allowed to travel on our ships for their own safety. The carrier cannot be held responsible for passenger belongings lost on board. A specific seat number on the ship is not guaranteed. It is dangerous and forbidden for passengers to embark and disembark the ship without the ramp fully opening during embarkation and disembarkation, before the ship's personnel approves the embarkation or disembarkation, and without taking the necessary safety precautions. If the passenger acts in a way that puts the ship or any person or property in danger, or prevents the ship's crew from performing their duties or fails to comply with the ship's crew instructions or causes reasonable objections from other passengers, the seller is obliged to prevent the continuation of such behavior, including by restraining the passenger. may take the measures it deems necessary. Passengers must not get up from their seats during take-off and docking manoeuvres. Passengers must comply with the warnings announced by announcements during the cruise. The seller cannot be held responsible for injuries and material damages that may arise from non-compliance with these rules. The seller will be liable if the passenger or baggage is damaged due to his own fault. If the passenger is at fault, the seller's liability may be reduced or removed subject to the provisions of the legislation. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the fragile and perishable items, money, jewellery, precious metals, silverware, bills or other commercially valuable papers, passports and other identifications or samples in the baggage. The seller does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur to vehicles, suitcases or personal belongings from any injury or death, unless it is proven by the judicial courts established in Marmaris that it is caused by the fault and negligence of the carrier. Injury, death, loss or damage; The seller does not accept responsibility if it occurs due to terrorism, riot, civil war, natural disaster, bad sea and weather conditions or completely malicious acts by third parties. In the carriage of a passenger whose age, mental or physical condition poses a danger or risk to him, the seller shall not be liable for any illness, injury or disability, including the death of this passenger, depending on or as a result of the above-mentioned conditions. All kinds of disputes related to transportation are resolved in BODRUM Courts in accordance with the current tariff conditions and Turkish Laws and Legislations.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF CARRY
Sales person; For security reasons or at his discretion, the passenger and/or passenger may refuse to carry his/her Baggage in the following or similar cases: If the passenger's behavior, age or mental or physical condition requires special assistance from the seller, causes discomfort or objections from other passengers, or poses any risk or risk to other persons or goods. if it is dangerous, if the passenger's failure to comply with the seller's instructions necessitates such a refusal, if the passenger refuses the security check, if the passengers are under the influence of intoxicating substances and/or drugs, if they arrive at the boarding terminal in a way that affects the safety and comfort of other passengers and the cruise. Passengers who are refused to be transported will not be refunded by the seller and no compensation will be paid in any way.

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED AS LUGGAGE
It is forbidden to carry firearms and ammunition used for hunting and sports purposes as baggage. Hunting and sporting firearms and ammunition carriers may be accepted as checked baggage to the extent that they comply with the rules. Firearms must be unsafe and properly packaged. Sales person; may refuse to carry any item as baggage due to its size, shape, weight and nature or charge a fee. The seller may refuse to carry the baggage unless it is packed in bags, suitcases or other suitable containers to ensure safe transport with normal care. Passengers have free baggage allowance. At the port of destination, passengers can receive their baggage after all of their baggage is unloaded from the ship to the pier. Forbidden substances such as drugs are strictly prohibited. If it is determined that it has been transported, the responsibility belongs entirely to the carrier.

HANDLING ANIMALS
Dog with valid vaccination and health certificate, entry permits and other documents required by Greece (excluding dangerous dogs such as American pitbull terrier, American staffordshire terrier, bull terrier, staffordshire bull terrier, japanese tosa, dogo argentino, doberman, rottweiler) and animals such as cats may be accepted for carriage, subject to prior agreement with the seller. Acceptance of animal transport is subject to the passenger taking full responsibility for this animal. The seller will not be responsible for the death, illness, delay or loss or injury of this animal due to the animal not being allowed to enter or pass through Greece, or any material and moral costs and damages that may occur due to these reasons.
